Vault Structure (PARA)
- 01_Inbox: Temporary landing for raw files.
- 02_Projects: Active initiatives with specific deadlines (e.g., Habit-Tracker-App).
- 03_Areas: Ongoing responsibilities/standards (e.g., Infrastructure).
- 04_Knowledge: Evergreens, research, and frameworks.
- 05_Archive: Completed projects and raw Transcripts.
Guidelines
- Wikilinks: Always use
[[Note Name]]for connections. - State Sync: When a meeting mentions a project status change, update the corresponding Project Hub immediately.
- Atomic Notes: Extract ideas into individual notes in
Ideas/folders rather than long lists in the meeting note. - Context Loading: Before updating a project, read its main
Project-Name.mdhub and recentMeetings/notes.
